You know the thing about talking? It inhibits drunkenness. And drunkenness inhibits shyness, which gets you talking.
Houston, we have a problem.
So why not develop a non-verbal language to get us past that thorny issue? Modern Drunkard magazine has done us proud. Let us salute them. Non-verbally, of course.
Drink, anyone?

A Toast To The Drunkards...
It's been a good month for the Drunkards, Modern and Historic. In addition to last week's release of the Modern Drunkard book, "On The House: The Bizarre Killing of Michael Malloy" just hit the book stores. It's the true story of a Depression-era drunkard who thwarted numerous attempts on his life. All except the last one, of course. Check out the author's web site at www.simon-read.com
The Oakland Tribune called it a "firecracker of a thriller." Another reviewer noted that Malloy "had more lives than a Hindu cat," adding, "I've never read a true-crime book like it. Neither have you."
It's grisly. It's gritty. It's guzzly. It's a cult classic in the making.
You get the picture... Cheers.
